Jim Rice has been in the mobile modular industry for over 40 years. Starting from setup to sales, general management to owner of factories, and all facets of finance building and consulting. Jim is working in conjunction with his wife Debora Rice and her family owned business Bay Manufactured Homes of Tampa, Florida.
